Your investment is based on the time, preparation, support, and services that make up your complete experience. You will know the anticipated cost of your plan before committing to additional services.
15-Minute Connection Call: Complimentary
A brief conversation to answer questions, discuss your goals, and determine whether working together may be a good fit.
There will be a minimum of two, 1-hour long prep sessions. Additional sessions may be recommended depending on your needs and readiness.
Assessment Session: $150/hour
Your first session includes assessment, education, preparation, intention-setting, and determining an appropriate plan for your journey. This payment will be made prior to the session.
Preparation Session: $150/hour
Your second session includes personalized preparation, intention and readiness. This payment will be made prior to the session. If we decide that moving forward is the right fit, payment for the next step will be discussed and arranged at that time.
These sessions are optional and can be incorporated into your preparation or integration plan.
Nature Session: $30 – $300/hour
A guided outdoor experience focused on grounding, mindfulness, reflection, and connection with your surroundings. Price varies by location. If your journey includes travel, a special location, or a mountain experience, those additional costs will be discussed with you in advance so there are no surprises.
Yoga & Mindfulness Session: $30/hour
Personalized movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices designed to support preparation, nervous-system regulation, or integration.
Supported Natural Medicine Journey Day: $1,500–$3,500+
The cost varies based on the length and level of support, setting, additional support, and associated services. Your individualized cost will be discussed and agreed upon before scheduling.
The cost is based on an 8 hour journey day.
Important: The availability and cost of natural medicine, facilities, and other third-party services may vary and will be clearly identified before you commit.
There will be a minimum of one, 1-hour Integration Session.
Integration Session: $150/hour
A dedicated space to process your experience, explore what you discovered, and consider how those insights may translate into everyday life.
Additional integration sessions are available as needed.

Your actual plan may be less or more depending on the services you choose, location, and the level of support appropriate for you.
Before moving forward with additional services, you will receive a clear outline of what is recommended, what it costs, and what is included.
There is no expectation that you purchase every service. Your plan is individualized to you.
You are not simply paying for a few hours at the peak. You are investing in the preparation, guidance, support, and integration that surround the entire journey and your life.
Plus “Here’s a psychedelic mushroom. Good luck at the peak!” isn’t exactly the kind of care I’m going for.

I understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to change. My goal is to create a policy that is fair to you while also respecting the time, preparation, and resources reserved for your journey.
Preparation & Integration Sessions
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without a fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
Journey Bookings
Because a journey requires significant preparation and time to be reserved specifically for you, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your date. The remaining balance and any applicable cancellation terms will be discussed before your journey is confirmed.
Cancellations
14+ days before your journey: Deposit may be transferred to a new date or refunded, depending on the circumstances.
7–13 days before your journey: Deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled date, subject to availability.
Less than 7 days before your journey: Payments may be non-refundable due to the preparation and time already reserved.
No-show: Payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. When possible, I will work with you to reschedule your experience rather than forfeit your payment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Travel & Other Expenses
Travel, lodging, transportation, special-location expenses, and other third-party costs may have separate cancellation policies and may be non-refundable. You are responsible for reviewing those policies before making arrangements.
If I Need to Cancel
If I need to cancel or determine that proceeding is not appropriate, I will communicate with you as soon as possible. Any refund or rescheduling options will be discussed based on the circumstances.
Most importantly: There is never pressure to continue with a journey. If, at any point during the preparation process, we determine that moving forward isn’t the right fit, we will pause and discuss your options together.
