I’ve climbed mountains made of granite, and I’ve climbed through grief and uncertainty, each changing me in ways I could have never imagined.
I was born in Wisconsin where “ope” is your child’s first word and cheese curds are a food group.
I’m equal parts mountain lover and comfy couch sitter.
After losing my son, a US Marine, the world felt unrecognizable.
Somewhere within the wreckage, I started climbing state highpoints and 14ers, and crossing finish lines in triathlons.
Eventually I found my way driving to the mountains and living in Colorado.
Step by step, the mountains gave back my authentic smile. Natural psilocybin medicine gave back my life.
I have a Colorado Natural Medicine In Training (NMIT) license to provide psilocybin support in Colorado.
I will walk beside you with empathy, presence, and a deep respect for the path you are on.
I don’t just understand this work professionally, I understand it personally.
Transformation is the mountain we continue to climb.
Each ceremony is a step, each great a moment of presence, and each act of awareness a marker along the path bringing us closer to the peak essence of who we are within and the vastness of what lies beyond.
