At Awareness Peak, a developing wellness practice operated by Krista Meinert, your privacy matters. We understand that information shared in connection with natural medicine services, preparation, administration sessions, integration, and related wellness services can be deeply personal.


This Privacy Policy explains how Krista Meinert, operating under the working name “Awareness Peak,”(“Awareness Peak,” “I,” “me,” or “my”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses information obtained through the Awareness Peak website, communications, inquiries, and services.


Awareness Peak is not currently organized as a separate legal business entity. Until a separate business entity is formed or registered, services and communications associated with Awareness Peak are provided by Krista Meinert.


This Privacy Policy is intended to support compliance with applicable Colorado privacy laws and the confidentiality requirements applicable to Colorado licensed natural medicine facilitators.   • Provide natural medicine facilitation services within the scope of applicable Colorado law and my licensure

  • Process payments and administrative transactions

3. Natural Medicine Participant Confidentiality

Awareness Peak recognizes the importance of confidentiality in natural medicine services.

Information and records relating to a participant or prospective participant may be subject to specific confidentiality protections under Colorado’s natural medicine laws and regulations.


Unless disclosure is authorized or legally required, I will not intentionally disclose personally identifiable participant information or confidential communications to the public or third parties.

Important Limitations

Confidentiality is not absolute.

Information may be disclosed when disclosure is:

  • Required by applicable law or regulation

  • Required pursuant to a valid legal process

  • Necessary for a bona fide law-enforcement investigation when authorized by law

  • Required by applicable mandatory-reporting obligations

  • Necessary to address certain safety or emergency circumstances

  • Authorized by you

Before an administration session, participants will be informed about the nature and limitations of confidentiality and circumstances in which information may be legally required to be disclosed.

If Awareness Peak offers group preparation, integration, educational, or other group services, confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.

Although I will maintain my own confidentiality obligations, other participants are not necessarily subject to the same legal or professional confidentiality requirements.


Participants should therefore use discretion when sharing personal information during group activities.


5. Records

I maintain records as required by applicable Colorado law and professional requirements.

Records will be stored using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect them from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.


When legally required or permitted, I will provide participants with access to or copies of their records upon request, subject to applicable limitations and required redactions.

I may use carefully selected third-party service providers to support Awareness Peak’s operations, including providers for:

Awareness Peak’s services are intended for adults 21 and over, and are not directed toward children.

I do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website except where legally permitted and appropriately authorized.

The Awareness Peak website may contain links to third-party websites, including scheduling platforms, educational resources, social-media platforms, payment processors, or other services.


Once you leave the Awareness Peak website, the privacy practices of the third-party website apply. I do not control the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites.


15. Colorado Natural Medicine Compliance

I provide services under the working name Awareness Peak and within the scope of applicable Colorado natural medicine laws and regulations.


Nothing on this website should be interpreted as an offer to sell, distribute, or commercially provide regulated natural medicine.


Colorado’s regulated natural medicine framework permits licensed facilitators to provide natural medicine services while separately prohibiting commercial sales or distribution of regulated natural medicine. (Department of Natural Medicine)


Information submitted through this website does not create a facilitator-participant relationship, guarantee acceptance for services, or constitute an agreement to provide natural medicine services.


Any services provided by me through Awareness Peak are subject to applicable screening, preparation, informed consent, eligibility, safety, and regulatory requirements.

I may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in my services, technology, business practices, or applicable laws and regulations.

When I make material changes, I may update the Effective Date at the beginning of this policy and provide additional notice when required.
